Level of Membership

DISTINGUISHED FELLOW PLUS DOCTORATE DEGREE (Honoris Causa)

Applicants must possess M.Sc in any field allied to Education, or other qualifications approved by the Institute. Candidates must have been engaged on work related to the practice of Education for a minimum period of fifteen years. Note: Honorary PhD is issued by the Institute.

DOCTORAL FELLOW

Applicants must possess M.Sc in any field allied to Education, or other qualifications approved by the Institute. Candidates must have been engaged on work related to the practice of Education for a minimum period of twelve years.

RESEARCH FELLOW

Applicants must possess M.Sc in any field allied to Education, or other qualifications approved by the Institute. Candidates must have been engaged on work related to the practice of Education for a minimum period of ten years.

FELLOW MEMBER

Applicants must possess HND/B.Sc in any field allied to Education, or other qualifications approved by the Institute. Candidates must have been engaged on work related to the practice of Education for a minimum period of eight years.

SENIOR MEMBER

Applicants must possess HND/B.Sc in any field allied to Education, or other qualifications approved by the Institute. Candidates must have been engaged on work related to the practice of Education for a minimum period of six years.

FULL MEMBER

Applicants must possess HND/B.Sc in any field allied to Education, or other qualifications approved by the Institute. Candidates must have been engaged on work related to the practice of Education for a minimum period of four years.

ASSOCIATE MEMBER

Applicants must possess HND/B.Sc in any field allied to Education, or other qualifications approved by the Institute. Candidates must have been engaged on work related to the practice of Education for a minimum period of one year.

CORPORATE MEMBER

Applicants must be business corporations, development agencies, non for profit organizations, academic institutions and bilateral organizations operating in the Nigeria.
